An application that reviews your Lync instant messaging (IM) conversation history and gives you scores for your use of trust-building language in day-to-day communications with business associates and friends.
Very cool extension of Lync – a sort of ‘bot’ that helps you track down answers from experts.

A cross-team effort with members from MS Research, Lync, and Office Content Publishing, it started as a “cool idea,” but turned into an App with significant interest internally and externally, with customers anxiously awaiting its arrival.
